Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience.
• Build and cultivate customer relationships and drive sales with in-store and online clients.
• Use technology and loyalty programs to support customer needs and shopping.
• Participate in merchandising and operational tasks, including fulfillment, floor upkeep, and fitting room maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform common physical movements, use computers and register technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
