- Assist with monthly financial closing activities and audits.
- Support business processes by partnering with other departments.
- Drive process improvements and automate manual workflows.
Requirements- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.
- 2 years of accounting or sales audit experience, preferably in retail or fashion industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP solutions like Microsoft Dynamics AX12, Oracle JDE, or SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build analytical reports for business decisions.
- Maintain integrity and attention to detail in work products.
- Provide support for ad-hoc requests from senior management.
