Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an ambitious and highly analytical Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join the North America Retail FP&A team in Nutley, NJ. The role involves supporting the group's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial close, and reporting processes. The analyst will also assist in various Real Estate functions and deliverables.

• Assist with monthly close, forecasting, and reporting objectives for North America Hospitality and Brand Image.
• Prepare monthly forecasts for store level and overhead expenses.
• Participate in the monthly close process, ensuring proper entries are recorded.
• Serve as a finance resource to business partners, providing reporting and information for informed decision-making.
• Assist departmental leads in identifying risks, efficiencies, and opportunities through analysis.
• Create executive level reporting to inform decision-making.
• Provide support in the preparation of annual Budget and LRP process for NA Hosp., Brand Image, and Real Estate.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and prepare various reports and presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of lease renewals and new store proformas.
• Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build finance reporting that leverages systemic reporting and global standards.
• Support in creation and enhancement of presentation decks across all functions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of Finance or Accounting experience; FP&A in a multinational or retail company preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Systems experience with SAP, Hyperion/Essbase, a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
