Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and support the team in exceeding individual and store targets.
• Open and close the store and assist management with day-to-day operations.
• Maintain organized stockrooms, support inventory and loss prevention, and ensure accurate cash and safe procedures.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store maintenance, and implementation of operational and sustainability policies.
• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and communicate effectively with colleagues and departments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
