Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Client Advisor Keyholder at Balenciaga Royalmount, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store's management by ensuring proper opening and closing procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service, meeting the needs and expectations of both local and international clients in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals and assist in the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed according to company policies.
  • Organize the stockroom for easy access to merchandise by staff.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with all departments and team members.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
  • Ability to provide excellent service in both French and English.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
  • Commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry.
