Summary

The Key Holder reports to the Store Director and supports daily store operations while delivering top-quality customer service. This role is responsible for opening and closing procedures, assisting management with sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention, and maintaining store presentation and standards. The Key Holder works to achieve sales goals and ensures smooth, compliant store performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support store security.
• Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
• Assist management in overseeing day-to-day store operations and staff coordination.
• Support implementation of visual display and merchandising standards.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely, appropriate manner.
• Partner with operations and sales teams to prevent shrinkage and enforce loss prevention procedures.
• Ensure registers and safe procedures are followed, including cash accuracy and timely deposits.
• Oversee daily cleaning, maintenance, and presentation of store fixtures and supplies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.
• Proven ability to drive sales results and meet or exceed targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness, business acumen, and passion for the fashion industry.
• Capacity to support store operations, visual standards, and team performance with strategic vision.
