Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized styling consultations and product recommendations to clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain client relationships and a clienteling book.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
• Process transactions and manage exchanges and returns according to store policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail sales or styling experience, preferably in a department store or luxury environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and working on a commission structure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
