Sales Coordinator - Yorkdale

Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports back-of-house operations and the sales team at a luxury retail store, contributing to productivity through shipping, receiving, inventory tasks and sales transaction support. This role ensures the salesfloor and stockroom are maintained to company standards and assists with visual merchandising and product transfers.

Responsibilities

• Support shipping, receiving, cycle counts and transfers.
• Process sales transactions and assist with returns and exchanges.
• Greet clients and pull product for the sales team.
• Maintain cashwraps and registers organized and stocked.
• Keep the stockroom well organized and ensure proper product storage.
• Prepare shipments and assist with product transfers.
• Support visual merchandising moves and maintain displays to standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, luxury or contemporary preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• High level of integrity.
