Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Executive at Buccellati in Costa Mesa, you will serve as an Ambassador of the Maison, achieving sales targets and developing a strong client database. You will provide exceptional customer experiences, using storytelling and product knowledge to create memorable moments. Your role will involve daily collaboration with the Boutique Team to optimize performance.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by Management.
  • Work with Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager on special client requests.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment in the Boutique.
  • Support after-sales clients with solutions in accordance with Maison values.
  • Handle ecommerce clients and phone inquiries, scheduling appointments and arranging correspondence.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of high jewelry and selling ceremonies to drive sales.
  • Expertly manage client relationships, cultivating new and nurturing existing ones.
  • Partner with management and Corporate Team on CRM initiatives.
  • Accurately capture and follow-up on client data using CRM tools.
  • Resolve client issues and support in-store and off-site events to increase brand awareness.
  • Comply with all Policies and Procedures set by the Maison.
  • Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the Boutique and inventory management.
  • Maintain visual integrity adhering to brand standards.
  • Perform special projects as designated by boutique management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
  • Luxury Retail or Hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of luxury client experience and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP is a plus.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with logistics and operations.
  • Self-starter with a Team-Player approach.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
