Responsibilities- Drive retail sales and meet personal and store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain product knowledge.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and manage POS registers.
- Build strong relationships with clients through clienteling.
- Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
- Coordinate merchandise repairs with the Corporate office.
- Process and replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Report any theft or suspected theft immediately.
Requirements- Self-sufficient and proactive with a proven history of exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
