Sales Experience Manager

As a Sales Experience Manager at Cartier North America, you will lead a team to provide exceptional client experiences, achieving or exceeding the boutique's sales goals. You will motivate the team to cultivate ongoing and trusted relationships with clients, driving the Cartier legacy forward.

• Drive sales and care service team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and analyze regular sales reporting and Maison tools for business development.
• Build a high-performing team by coaching and providing consistent feedback.
• Lead and drive boutique Client Development and Client Experience action plans.
• Promote, lead, and champion change as a positive part of the boutique's success.
• Ensure team members adhere to proper execution of all procedures and compliance.
• Act as Maison ambassador and uphold boutique image.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• 7 to 10 years of management experience, especially in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading leaders.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Must be available to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
