Sales Experience Manager - Palm Beach

As a Sales Experience Manager at Cartier in Palm Beach, you will lead business development and client relationship efforts in a luxury retail environment. You will work closely with boutique leadership and corporate partners to ensure the success of the boutique, while also managing and developing the team.

• Lead the development of client relationships and create memorable moments for clients and visitors.
• Drive sales and service teams to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Implement client strategies to develop genuine relationships and increase business opportunities.
• Collaborate with boutique management and corporate departments to communicate key messages and business needs.
• Motivate and support boutique staff, conducting team meetings and performance reviews.
• Perform administrative tasks including commission checks, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Uphold Cartier standards and create a positive boutique environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is a plus.
• 8-10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience in managing direct reports.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel as needed.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and creativity in team development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
