Sales Manager - Ala Moana

As a Sales Manager at our Honolulu Ala Moana Boutique, you will play a crucial role in providing impeccable service to our clients and acting as a true ambassador of the brand. You will tailor the client experience to exceed expectations while supporting the team and ensuring the smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor.

• Provide exceptional service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Tailor client experiences and mentor the team.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and achieve sales targets.
• Utilize clienteling tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain relationships with loyal clients.
• Mentor Client Advisors and oversee sales policies and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• RTW experience preferred.
