Sales Manager - Honolulu Ala Moana

As a Sales Manager at our Honolulu Ala Moana Boutique, you will play a crucial role in providing impeccable service to our clients and acting as a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand. You will tailor the client experience to exceed expectations while supporting and mentoring the team to ensure smooth sales operations on the shop floor.

• Provide exceptional service and act as a brand ambassador for Dolce & Gabbana.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations and support team operations.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model in achieving sales targets.
• Utilize clienteling tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Mentor Client Advisors and oversee sales policies and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining the shop floor.

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail experience.
• Proven clienteling skills and an established client book preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• RTW experience preferred.
