Sales Manager - Hudson Yards

Summary

The Sales Manager supports the Boutique Director in managing the boutique, developing the sales team, and achieving sales and service objectives. This role leads client development efforts and helps deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the sales team in meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining a strong floor presence.
• Develop client strategies for new and existing clients, including prospecting and initiatives to build loyalty and sales.
• Coach team members, provide performance feedback, and guide successful sales outcomes.
• Help develop strategies to attract, convert, and retain clients, and maintain boutique service and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Prior supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to lead teams.
• Strong selling, closing, networking, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; ability to travel. Fluency in a foreign language relevant to the market is preferred.
