As a Sales Manager - Jewelry at SFA in Bal Harbour, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and developing client relationships in the luxury jewelry sector. You will lead a team of high-performing Jewelry Style Advisors, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering sustainable client relationships.

• Drive sales by developing the selling and clienteling skills of the team.
• Maintain high visibility on the selling floor to coach and develop associates.
• Onboard, train, and manage the performance of the selling team.
• Provide product knowledge training and targeted selling coaching.
• Establish deep relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Leverage technology and social media to enhance client engagement.
• Manage special order and repair process lifecycle.
• Ensure a welcoming shopping environment and maintain the selling floor.

• 3+ years of management experience in a comparable volume setting.
• 4-year degree and/or GIA certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other technology tools.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
