Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at SFA in Miami, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing the clienteling skills of a team of Style Advisors. You will create a high-performance team and consistently coach for optimal sales results, maintaining high visibility on the selling floor to connect with customers and build sustainable client relationships through exceptional service.

• Drive sales by developing the selling and clienteling skills of Style Advisors.
• Maintain high visibility on the selling floor to coach and develop associates.
• Onboard, train, and manage the performance of the selling team.
• Provide product knowledge training and targeted selling coaching.
• Foster teamwork and manage performance issues effectively.
• Recruit proactively to fill open positions.
• Ensure Style Advisors establish deep client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Plan client appointments to maximize results and inform clients of in-store events.
• Leverage marketing tools and social media for client acquisition.
• Use technology to strengthen client relationships and drive new client acquisition.
• Resolve client issues and support the general running of the selling floor.

• 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Word and Excel.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and inspire others through leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build structural processes.
