As a Sales Manager at our King Of Prussia Boutique, you will play a crucial role in providing impeccable service and acting as a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand. You will tailor the client experience to exceed expectations while supporting and mentoring the team on the shop floor.

• Provide exceptional service to clients and act as a brand ambassador.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations and support team operations.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and enhance business development.
• Utilize clienteling tools to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Mentor Client Advisors and oversee sales policies and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Experience.
• Established client portfolio and proven clienteling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• RTW experience preferred.
