• Plan and execute departmental budgets to maximize revenue.
• Manage people, product placement, and sales promotion within the department.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop the sales team.
• Recognize outstanding performance and address opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor and build productive relationships with vendors and customers.
• Partner with functional leads for execution of in-store selling events.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience, luxury retail fashion experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving business results.
• History of building, leading, and motivating teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
