Responsibilities- Provide impeccable service and act as a true ambassador of Dolce & Gabbana.
- Partner with Store Leadership on corporate initiatives, team development, and daily operations.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Drive individual and store KPIs, including Consignment, Appointments, and Conversion.
- Develop and execute strategic action plans to drive sales and deepen client engagement.
- Mentor and coach team members by sharing best practices and product knowledge.
- Support inventory accuracy by partnering with Operations on cycle counts.
- Leverage CRM to strengthen client relationships through appointment selling.
- Demonstrate leadership and ownership of boutique standards.
- Manage and resolve escalated client issues in partnership with Store Leadership.
Requirements- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Women's and Men’s RTW.
- Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
