Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Manager at our new Charlotte SouthPark Mall boutique, you will be responsible for driving boutique performance through leadership, client development, and operational excellence. You will support the boutique’s strategic goals while upholding Dolce & Gabbana’s brand standards and values.

Responsibilities
  • Provide impeccable service and act as a true ambassador of Dolce & Gabbana.
  • Partner with Store Leadership on corporate initiatives, team development, and daily operations.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Drive individual and store KPIs, including Consignment, Appointments, and Conversion.
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans to drive sales and deepen client engagement.
  • Mentor and coach team members by sharing best practices and product knowledge.
  • Support inventory accuracy by partnering with Operations on cycle counts.
  • Leverage CRM to strengthen client relationships through appointment selling.
  • Demonstrate leadership and ownership of boutique standards.
  • Manage and resolve escalated client issues in partnership with Store Leadership.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Women's and Men’s RTW.
  • Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
