Summary
Act as the focal point between sales operations and clients to deliver exceptional client service while achieving showroom objectives. Lead and manage a high performing sales team, coach individuals to reach full potential, and ensure operating processes are maintained and continually improved. Develop solutions to business challenges, communicate across the business, and maintain the showroom professional image.
Responsibilities
- Lead and role model exceptional client service for internal and external clients
- Plan and execute floor and showroom business plan to meet profit and sales targets
- Manage discounts costs and ensure operating controls remain within budget
- Performance manage floor colleagues and provide feedback and development opportunities
- Organize daily and weekly tasks, delegate duties, and run training and meetings
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage till transactional procedures
- Conduct competitor analysis and represent the showroom at meetings
- Receive and deliver client repairs and size timepieces when required
- Complete assigned duties and ensure team adherence to dress code
Requirements
- Experience in jewelry or watch product knowledge and luxury retail management
- Proven track record of sales achievements and management achievements
- Advanced selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and manage operating costs
- Numerate with ability to analyze sales performance
- Experience leading mentoring and coaching high performing sales teams
- IT literate with proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Comfort working with high price points and in a fast paced high volume location
