Sales Manager Women's Contempory

Summary

Responsible for the sales experience and performance of a store department, driving team toward sales goals, partnering with merchants and client development leads, and maintaining departmental standards. Works on-site and reports to a Senior Group Manager while overseeing merchandise, budgetary guidelines, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of sales and growth goals for the department
• Oversee merchandise presentation and communication with merchant and vendor partners
• Manage team execution and address risks and roadblocks
• Contribute to store strategic goals and set departmental priorities
• Review business with Buyers and implement action plans
• Establish plans in partnership with Client Development Lead(s)
• Analyze customer behaviors and adjust processes and standards
• Plan and complete departmental budgets to minimize expenses and maximize revenue
• Support audit compliance and enforce department and stockroom controls

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in luxury retail fashion
• Proven track record of achieving results
• Experience building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds as required
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated collaborative mentality and customer focus
