Summary
The Part-Time Sales Assistant supports an Executive Sales Professional by engaging clients, assisting with sales processes, and delivering personalized, luxury customer experiences in-store. This role includes appointment management, order support, client outreach, and maintaining client records while upholding high service standards and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Assist with client correspondence, appointment booking, and order follow up including shipping and returns
- Support alteration requests, order placement, and tracking to ensure completion
- Provide in-store client service and personalized hospitality in partnership with store leadership
- Facilitate product transfers from other stores to support appointments and consignments
- Perform personalized outreach to re-engage lapsed clients
- Prepare product pulls, fitting room setup, recovery, and maintain floor presentation standards
- Establish organization processes for client engagement around product arrivals and events
- Participate in brand and product knowledge and client engagement training
- Ensure all client information is accurately captured in the concierge application
Requirements
- Past retail selling experience preferred
- Interest in and appreciation for luxury and best-in-class service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, initiative-taking mindset
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
