Seasonal full-time sales professional responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals while representing the brand with professionalism and product expertise. The role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, virtual and in-person selling, and supporting store operations and events during the seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening and assisting customers.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences and elevate customer hospitality.
- Maintain customer correspondence and build client relationships to drive sales.
- Drive full price volume across product categories and promote key product pillars.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling tools for client outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
- Assist with inventory, special events, opening and closing store duties.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and grooming standards.
- Communicate regularly with store management, peers and corporate partners.
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask in a high pressure environment.
- Self-starter with proactive mindset and passion for learning and selling.
- Proficient in English; other languages a plus.
- Basic computer skills preferred including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to perform tasks on the sales floor, stock/dressing room and use ladder as trained under safety guidelines.
