Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening and assisting customers.
- Create memorable in store experiences and elevate customer hospitality.
- Maintain customer correspondence and nurture client relationships to drive sales.
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and meet sales goals.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling to reach clients and showcase products.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the brand catalogues.
- Support product launches, special events, inventory tasks and store projects.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and follow company policies and appearance standards.
- Maintain communication with store management, peers and corporate partners.
Requirements
- Relevant retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task in a high pressure environment.
- Self starter with proactive mindset and passion for learning and selling.
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
- Basic computer skills preferred including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to operate register and perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to follow dress presentation grooming and safety guidelines.
