This role focuses on exceeding sales goals, nurturing client relationships, and representing the brand on the sales floor and through virtual outreach.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers providing exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer interactions
- Maintain customer correspondence and build client relationships to drive sales
- Drive full price volume across key product pillars and meet sales targets
- Utilize technology and virtual selling for client outreach and product promotion
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the catalog
- Support product launches, special events, inventory tasks and store projects
- Perform opening and closing store duties and follow company policies
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to brand presentation standards
Requirements
- Relevant retail sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work in a high pressure selling environment
- Proactive self starter with passion for learning and the brand
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus
- Basic computer skills including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- Ability to operate register and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and use ladders as trained
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
