The Sales Professional creates exceptional client experiences and represents the brand with confidence and enthusiasm. This role builds lasting customer relationships, achieves sales goals, and shares product knowledge across the brand's lifestyle offerings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with excellent service, product knowledge, and styling guidance.
• Build customer relationships through ongoing correspondence and client outreach, including virtual selling.
• Meet sales goals and promote products across the brand's lifestyle categories.
• Support product launches, special events, inventory tasks, and opening and closing duties as needed.
• Maintain brand presentation standards and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Positive, proactive approach and genuine interest in working with people and selling.
• Computer skills preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
