Responsibilities
- Present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
- Build maintain and develop a clientele using the company CRM focusing on relationship building.
- Maintain product and industry knowledge for brands collections and showroom pieces.
- Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines and complete related administrative tasks.
- Use company systems hardware and software independently to perform duties.
- Take in and deliver client repairs as required and follow management assignments.
- Offer assistance and build effective working relationships with team members and transfer clients when needed.
- Comply with company guidelines policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
- Excellent client service selling interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for timepieces and or jewelry and strong storytelling ability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and work as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and basic computer literacy including MS Office.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages or boxes as required.
