Sales Specialist - Waikiki

As a Sales Specialist at Hermès Waikiki, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales and customer service objectives in a fast-paced, luxury environment. You will work closely with the sales team and support teams to enhance the client experience.

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to the boutique's collective target.
• Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure accuracy of all transactions and maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Comply with asset protection procedures and ensure merchandise security.
• Provide high levels of service to clients, including greeting, assisting, and packaging at POS.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong relationship development and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
