Summary

The Sales Specialist at the Beverly Hills Flagship provides exceptional, client-focused service in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The role is accountable for meeting individual sales goals, supporting the boutique team, and maintaining operational and asset protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Organize and maintain the selling floor, restock merchandise and supplies, and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately at POS, maintain CRM records, and support after-sales administrative tasks.
• Assist with inventory preparation, participate in cycle counts, and follow asset protection procedures including tagging and key control.
• Provide high levels of client service including greeting, assisting, and packaging purchases; maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; even-tempered and able to multitask.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team; strong organizational skills.
• Open availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
