Sales/Stock Support - Soho

As a Sales/Stock Support associate at our Soho location, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our stockroom and sales floor. You will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

• Manage the in-store receiving process and complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Oversee re-pricing projects and delegate tasks on the sales floor as needed.
• Prepare merchandise by tagging, steaming, folding, and hanging as required.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure timely and efficient floorset implementation.
• Replenish merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor daily.
• Execute transfers, returns, and damages as directed.
• Process customer charge sends and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom, ensuring merchandise is floor-ready.
• Audit stockroom for consistent sizing, folding, and organization.
• Prepare the store for physical inventories and minimize unit loss to exceed Company Shrink Goals.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs; Retail Pro experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
