Sales Supervisor - Marin

The Sales Supervisor at our Marin location is a sales-driven position with leadership responsibilities. This role involves achieving individual sales goals, setting an example for the store team in exceptional customer service, and upholding the company's standards and vision. In the absence of Store Management, the Sales Supervisor oversees the store staff and acts as the most senior presence in the store.

• Lead by example in customer service and store standards.
• Assist Store Management in driving and motivating the team to achieve sales goals.
• Represent and reinforce company standards and policies.
• Identify opportunities in product, sales, and team development.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and company KPIs.
• Ensure customers are the number one store priority.
• Encourage collaboration among team members.
• Open and close the store and oversee procedures.
• Maintain store standards and inventory management.

• Prior experience in a retail luxury store with high-end goods.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with retail systems.
• Ability to network and attract clientele.
• Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
