Summary
The Sales Supervisor will support store management at the Houston Premium Outlet location in Cypress, Texas by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring store standards and company procedures are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build loyal client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready store where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Provide styling expertise seasonal trend and product knowledge to build sales
- Illustrate client journey stages and core behaviors to drive repeat business
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store following company procedures and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or an industry adjacent role with focus on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
