Summary
Support store management in day-to-day operations to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience at the Houston Galleria location. Coach and develop the sales team, uphold store standards, and implement company policies and corporate initiatives. Act as a product and brand expert to build client relationships and achieve commercial KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build loyal client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Build sales through styling expertise, seasonal trends, and product knowledge
- Initiate client contact and provide prompt follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and corporate directives
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Computer proficiency including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
