Summary
The Supervisor is a retail leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating advanced product knowledge, building client relationships to drive sales, and acting as a liaison between management and sales associates. The Supervisor assists with daily store operations, merchandising, and coaching staff to meet and exceed sales objectives. Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in managing and coordinating daily store operations.
- Perform opening and closing procedures and handle merchandise check-in and deposits.
- Supervise sales transactions ensuring accuracy and adherence to cash protection procedures.
- Coach and motivate sales staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.
- Engage in promoting and selling products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and merchandise the sales floor to brand standards.
- Manage and grow a clientele book to drive repeat business.
- Assist Store Manager with operational excellence and store performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales staff and foster a positive team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate.
- Ability to operate independently, work under pressure, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with POS systems, personal computers, and MS Office software.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and set high performance standards.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling store operations and customer information.
