Job Description

Summary

Provide exceptional client experiences as a Brand Ambassador while supporting daily store operations and driving sales performance. Embrace the Retail Excellence Program and foster lasting client relationships through proactive service and follow up. Maintain operational standards for inventory, visual presentation, and register procedures to support the team and store goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador delivering exceptional client service and clientelling.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and client data capture targets.
  • Maintain client relationships through after sales service including follow up and product maintenance.
  • Support daily operations including opening and closing registers and visual maintenance.
  • Assist with inventory tasks and maintain seamless inventory operations throughout the day.
  • Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges.
  • Develop and support business driving initiatives, contests and events.
  • Coach and train sales team members to support performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of retail experience.
  • Proven track record in specialty retail and clientelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills while balancing daily responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and ability to build partnerships with clients peers and management.
  • Entrepreneurial sales focused personality.
