Job Description

Summary

The Sales And Client Advisor (Keyholder) supports store management by performing opening and closing procedures, driving sales, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards. This role assists with merchandising, stockroom organization, loss prevention, and store maintenance while promoting company policies and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales goals
  • Perform opening and closing procedures for the store
  • Assist management in overseeing day to day store operations
  • Maintain organized stockroom and ensure easy access to merchandise
  • Support visual display and merchandising implementation per standards
  • Partner on inventory control to minimize store shrinkage
  • Ensure cash register and safe accuracy and proper bank deposits
  • Oversee daily cleaning and physical upkeep of store property
  • Communicate store visual and operational information to the team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
  • Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Strategic vision to develop the business and personal performance
  • Familiarity with store operations and loss prevention practices
