Sales Supervisor - Las Vegas Premium Outlets

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management with daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets store. This role leads the sales floor, builds client relationships, and helps coach and develop the team while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build loyal client relationships.
• Provide styling expertise, product knowledge, and client follow-up to support repeat business.
• Support store opening and closing procedures, maintain organized sales floor and stockroom, and uphold company policies.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues and contribute to team development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS operation and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
