Team Leader - Las Vegas Crystals

Summary

The Team Leader will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day management and mentoring of the Client Advisor team while maintaining a strong personal client business. This role acts as Manager on Duty when needed, leads by example on the sales floor, and helps ensure both quantitative and qualitative store results are met. The Team Leader drives sales performance, oversees visual standards, and supports back-of-house operations and consignment processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily management, coaching, and mentorship of Client Advisors.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager or Store Operations Manager.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and support client interactions, VIPs, and executives.
• Hold keyholder responsibilities including opening and closing the store.
• Run weekly meetings to review sales projections and develop plans to increase penetration.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in partnership with leadership.
• Partner with BOH to manage consignments, packing, returns, and stock organization.
• Complete paperwork and procedures for consignments, distance orders, and stylist agreements.
• Support deployment of training and ensure Client Advisors complete assigned tasks and downtime activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a retail environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisor or department manager role.
• Proven track record driving positive customer interactions and achieving sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational ability.
• Comfortable with conflict resolution and leading VIP/executive interactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a retail schedule.
