Team Leader - Forum Shops

Summary

The Team Leader is a hands-on luxury retail supervisor who leads the sales floor, coaches the team, and delivers exceptional client experiences to drive sales and loyalty. This role partners with Store Management to execute store operations, merchandising, and clienteling initiatives. The Team Leader also supports administrative and after-sales processes and manages sensitive client situations when managers are absent.

Responsibilities

• Drive individual and store sales performance and meet KPIs through effective coaching and floor leadership.
• Lead clienteling efforts: engage, recruit, and retain clients through appointments, distance sales, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure deep product knowledge and compelling storytelling to support cross-selling and average ticket growth.
• Support store operations including stock organization, receiving, transfers, cycle counts, and after-sales processes using company systems.
• Assist with onboarding, training, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination of Client Advisors and visual merchandising setup.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail experience with proven supervisory or team-lead experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
• Strong sales track record and clienteling skills with the ability to develop and retain high-value clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching abilities to lead a high-performing team.
• Operational proficiency including inventory tasks and comfort using CRM, POS, and inventory systems.
• Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
