Sales Supervisor - Miami Design District

Summary

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving individual sales goals while leading and supporting the store team at the Miami Design District location. Serves as the most senior presence in the store in the absence of Store Management, ensuring exceptional customer service, adherence to brand standards, and strong execution of store operations. Drives sales KPIs, develops client relationships, and contributes to a positive store atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and brand representation.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and store KPIs (UPT, ADT, etc.).
• Motivate and support sales associates, provide coaching, and assist in training and onboarding.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of Store Management, including open/close procedures and staff coverage.
• Manage inventory activities, replenish merchandise, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Schedule client appointments, build and maintain a clientele base, and proactively network in the local market.
• Conduct store meetings and resolve customer issues or complaints satisfactorily.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or similar industry.
• Prior experience working with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with retail systems such as Teamwork.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.
• Ideally has an established clientele following; ability to relocate is preferable for career development.
