Summary

The Team Lead at the Aventura store will lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive commercial results. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will coach and develop staff, support floor operations, and ensure brand standards are upheld. The role involves clienteling, sales leadership, and collaboration with corporate merchandising to maximize product performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial success and achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and action plans.
• Act as a role model for selling, floor management, and brand service standards.
