Selling Supervisor - Aventura Mall

Summary

As a Selling Supervisor for the new Aventura store opening, you will support store leadership by mentoring sales associates, driving elevated customer experiences, and contributing to sales and merchandising objectives. You will supervise daily floor operations, ensure high operational and visual standards, and assist with human resources duties when needed. This role focuses on coaching the team to meet sales targets and maintaining inventory and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Lead floor supervision to maximize sales, units per transaction, and average transaction value
• Coordinate use of client relationship tools and support elevated customer service
• Operate POS and inventory management functions; open and close the store and ensure tender balances
• Partner with Visual Manager to implement merchandising and maintain visual standards
• Assist with follow-up, paperwork, inventory accuracy, shrink prevention, and other assigned projects
• Supervise staff in the absence of Store Management, support disciplinary procedures, and identify training needs

Requirements

• Business school or university degree, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency with general office software and POS systems (Word, Excel, inventory tools)
• Strong communication, leadership, customer service orientation, and problem solving skills
• Ability to motivate teams and resolve customer or staff issues; foreign languages a plus
