- Establish yourself as an expert in styling, seasonal trends, and product knowledge to drive sales.
- Illustrate the client journey and core behaviors needed for an elevated experience.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Marc Jacobs products and brand DNA.
- Initiate regular client contact and follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.

- Open and close the store according to procedures.
- Ensure both the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized.

Requirements- 3+ years of experience in retail, sales, or a related role with a focus on customer service.
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
