Selling Supervisor

In the role of Selling Supervisor at Diesel Dallas, you will be instrumental in expanding brand awareness and leading a team of fashion enthusiasts. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will focus on client experience and drive business success through innovative ideas and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Assist management in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective team supervision and implementation of company programs.
• Act as a positive role model, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
• Continuously improve and develop supervisory skills by taking ownership of responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager.
• Temporarily assist with store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Perform omni channel services and initiatives.

• Passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.
• Ability to embrace change and thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and product knowledge.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, providing a world-class experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in retail.
