Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Oakbrook location by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build loyal client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Provide styling expertise, seasonal trend and product knowledge to build sales
- Manage client journey stages and behaviors to drive repeat business
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedures and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Passion for the brand and product offering
