Sales Supervisor - Oakbrook

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the Oakbrook location, driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience and adherence to company standards. This role helps implement corporate initiatives, maintain store presentation, and assist with daily operations including opening and closing procedures. The position requires flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Manage client outreach and follow-up on sales and inquiries
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized and store standards are maintained
• Open and close the store according to procedure
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
