Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Oakbrook location by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming at all times
- Build sales through product knowledge, styling expertise, and seasonal trend guidance
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
