Summary
The Boutique Key Holder acts as the Dior ambassador, responsible for opening and closing the boutique, managing daily operations in the absence of management, supervising staff, delivering exceptional client service, and supporting sales of makeup, fragrance and skincare while upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform opening procedures including deactivating security systems and preparing the store for the day
- Complete closing responsibilities such as counting cash, completing sales reports and activating security systems
- Act as team supervisor when management is absent and train new employees
- Delegate tasks, monitor staff performance and assist with staff queries during shifts
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and visual merchandising standards and address maintenance issues
- Conduct in store and remote selling activities and act as a personal shopper
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
- Develop and maintain client relationships through clienteling and omnichannel services
- Use Dior systems to register client data and drive client recruitment and loyalty
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Key Holder experience in a retail environment
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proven track record achieving retail sales and profitability goals
- Experience selling makeup, fragrance and skincare in a retail setting
- Comfortable with POS systems and digital tools; proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings
- Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills
- Immaculate personal grooming and ability to wear company uniform
- Spanish or Mandarin language skills highly preferred
