Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Chicago Premium Outlet location in Aurora, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and coaching the team to maintain store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready store environment that is welcoming and comfortable
- Provide styling expertise, seasonal trend and product knowledge to build sales
- Illustrate client journey stages and drive repeat business through core behaviors
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedure and organize sales floor and stockroom
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
