Job Description

Summary

Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Chicago Premium Outlet location in Aurora, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and coaching the team to maintain store standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
  • Maintain a guest ready store environment that is welcoming and comfortable
  • Provide styling expertise, seasonal trend and product knowledge to build sales
  • Illustrate client journey stages and drive repeat business through core behaviors
  • Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
  • Open and close the store according to company procedure and organize sales floor and stockroom

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
  • Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
